★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When an outage occurs (when internet is down), there's no one to answer the phone.
No branches can be contacted, not even the hot line. Also the messaging service helpline on Facebook is of no help either.
Don't count on them for reliability and accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Unilink for my businesses in Myanmar. This is the biggest mistake I have ever made and no words can describe my regret for this decision. Horrible connection(which is acceptable for these circumstances) but they never let you know ahead of time and when we you call their help line, you are given reason after reason. There is always a different reason and at least a 6 hour wait time until connection is restored. Unilink is the worst and I hope everybody does not make the same mistake I did by using Unilink. People in the Hotel Industry Unlink လံုးဝမသံုးပါနဲ့နောင်တရပါမယ်။ service အဆိုးဆံူးပါ။
