★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste of food is ok, variety of food menu and cocktail and thier staff can speak english. What i dont like is i ordered mineral water or just a bottle of water but what i got is not a sterille one in my opinion it is not sealed so it like water from a tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been expats in Asia for a few years and so we always look out for those places that are aimed at the western tastes. The union bar was our first choice western place and we are very glad we visited.
Very good food and service here.
We had a good sample of the of different dishes.
The Isan Sausages are spectacular..
The Shan cauliflower curry is amazing.
My daughter had the margarita pizza and was very happy with that.
My son had the sausage and mash. Really good chorizo style sausages.
We drank the local beer and had some fruit cocktails.
The kids really enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding and the apple pie.
I highly recommend eating here.

food is awesome.. staffs are active. the best bar in downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, amazing restaurant. Top for taste, taste in food, taste in beverages, taste in decor, taste in music, all delivered by attentive, polite and efficient staff. Catering western cuisine, but doing it brilliantly, the Union Burger, is exceptional, not just by Myanmar standards or Asian standards, this is a world class burger, it tastes great. This place has put a very big smile on my face for the rest of the day. Note to owner, don't change a thing! This is a large spacious redtaurant tastefully decorated, two story frontage floods in natural light in the afternoon making it a very pleasant spot, afternoon or evening. Union is easy to find, just down the street from the famous Strand Hotel facing the harbour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing worth visiting twice. Old interiors, aircons are not able to cool the entire place they use ceiling fans. Drinks are ok. However, staff are courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Union has been an on and off fixture of the Yangon dining and nightlife scene for a long time... very happy to see that the all new management is doing a great job! Same ol' ambience (would love to see a shake up) but Good food and Great personalised service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to chill and relax on a Friday night. They have a great band playing on Fridays and the crowd is lively.
They also have great food and pizza (Parami Pizza). Pricing is decent.
The place is not to small but not too large too so you might want to reserve well ahead before you go, especially on busy nights like Friday or Saturday.
