Water pump pressure is too low but, hot water facility and breakfast(3 in 1 coffee and one main items like fried noodles or fried rice) is included.

But,be aware of room door lock is smoothly work or not to make sure. Wifi, hot and cold tap, room service and mini bar are availiable. You can also feel the so call breakfast like fried rice with half boiled of chicken egg, coffee and tea. The room rate is three level start from 21000 to 32000 local currency Kyats.
