The manager especially is more of a sweet-talker than having an ability to deliver or keep the promise. We had a bad experience selling our apartment through him recently. Before the final payment's made, we were being forced to reduce down the apartment price by nearly 7% due to a mistake the agent/manager made on the contract. He basically took side of the buyer (due to his long-term personal relationship with him) and negotiated a ridiculously low price. Unity don't even deserve the agent fees for what they did.
