★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place ever! for the Uk service:
1) They try to push their charged services, even if you don't need them.
2) The website doesn't work properly.
3) The girl who works there didn't put the correct amount of the documents in the check list!!!!! And didn't add 2 of them to the check list.
4) They don't work with the British Embassy in Yangon. Your passport will fly to Bangkok and if you want to keep your passport you pay 70 USD. This all should be embarrassing for the Uk government, because this guys are acting like pushers and not very well qualified in even counting correctly documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Information on their website is inaccurate. Their service is lousy. Their phone line is 100% automated with some pre-recorded answering machine. There is no way you can get accurate information unless you waste time going to them multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, no way to get an appointment, multiple emails, multiple phone calls (automated says to book online). As the only VAC operator they do not care about service. They have the monopoly, why should they care really?

Running ICT based but does have human touch. Worth the money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! Their phone line never works. There is no plan B to operate the service remotely in such pandemic COVID-19 period. They just say easily they will not operate as long as Government restrict "Home Stay". Poor management and lack of accountability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their checklist is incomplete. The security will not even allow you to go in without all documents/money even if it is not in the checklist. You are not allowed to meet with the responsible person to confirm. The way they treat people is not nice for a service company.
