It is not wrong to say this shop is loved by most of chinese people and has always been the choice of them after doing morning exercise or jogging or walking around Palace Moat. It opens till late afternoon but I am not very sure about that. The uniqueness of this shop is you can have the pork's brain curry added into your noodle. You can either order with or without soup and with or without pork's brain. Some people love it to eat with only pork's brain. You can have yellow noodle, flat noodle, rice noodle. Strongly recommend to try this one if you are one of visitors of Mandalay. This has been my ever favorite. Ah yes the price is 2000 ks (1.5$). The shop is clean and comfy. Thy open at their home. Family friendly place to try.
