★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road to Kalaw is painfully slow, especially when it starts climbing uphill. The viewpoint is on a high hairpin bend in the road. It gives you an excellent panorama of the surrounding hills and the valley below. There is a large unpaved parking area which provides safety from the suicidal drivers of vehicles of all sizes. It's a welcome respite on a very dangerous road.
