I think most people use a direct bus from Yangon to Golden Rock (Kimpung) now, but this is the bus terminal when going to Golden Rock from other areas. You can buy tickets, but please note that you may not have a seat immediately before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ideas how to run a bus company. Our 9am bus didn't turn up till 12 midday. I realise this is typical of Asia but communication was bad and most people are honest about the state of play when asked via directly. These kept saying 10 minutes when they clearly knew it wasn't.
To top it all they where transporting fish which spilled over our backpacks and everything in it cause a rather large laundry bill and much time spent handwashing the smell out of the backpack themselves.
I've never done this in a review before... DON'T USE! AVOID!
There are plenty of other companies who deserve your money more.
