チケットの予約は無く、当日の朝、始めてきました。
看板を見ても全く読めず、似たような「Express」が沢山あるので、どこがどこ行きだかさっぱり分かりません。
想像していたバスターミナルとちょっと違って、ひたすら広いので、タクシーの運転手にバスターミナルではなく、バスターミナルのWIN expressだと明確に伝えましょう。
朝7時半に付近に着いて、色々な人に聞いて、たらい回しにされながら、チケット売り場（売っている人）の所にたどり着きました。
僕らは予約もしてなかったので、８時のバスは売り切れで、9時のバスに乗りました。
当日券狙いの方は少し早めに行くことをオススメします。
周りの人が親切なひとが多いので、遠慮なく聞きましょう。
僕たちを案内してくれたおっちゃんは、バスのチケット売りから、バックマージンもらってましたw
ガイドブックや、インターネットの情報でキンプンまで8,000チャットと書いてあります。
最初の言い値が、まさにその値段でしたのですんなり買いましたが、ひょっとしたらディスカウント出来るかもです。
ちなみに、現地人同伴の日本人は5,000チャットで買ってました。
観光客プライスがあるみたいです。
バスはほどほどに綺麗です。水等のサービスは一切なし。トイレもついていませんので、事前に行きましょう。
僕は、WIN express の待合室のトイレが汚かったので、２軒隣のVIPと書いてあるM expressのトイレを利用しました。乗らないバスでしたが、黙って使って問題ないです。こちらはそこそこのクオリティなので、WINよりオススメです。
バスは約４時間。非常に揺れますので、弱い方は酔い止めをしっかり飲みましょう。
出発して20分位で隣の人は吐いてました。。。

 Used to go to Golden Rock.
There was no ticket reservation and it started on the morning of the day.
Even if you look at the sign, you can't read it at all and there are many similar "Express", so you can't really tell where you are going.
It's a bit different from the bus terminal you had imagined, so it's just big, so let's clearly tell the taxi driver that it's not the bus terminal but the WIN express of the bus terminal.
At 7:30 in the morning, we arrived around and asked various people, and while being swirled around, we arrived at the ticket counter (seller).
We did not make a reservation, so the 8:00 bus was sold out and we took the 9:00 bus.
If you are aiming for the ticket on the day, we recommend going a little earlier.
Many people are kind, so don't hesitate to listen.

The first asking price was exactly the price and I bought it, but maybe I could get a discount.
By the way, the Japanese with locals bought for 5,000 kyat.

The bus is reasonably clean. No services such as water. There is no toilet, so let's go in advance.
I used the M express toilet marked VIP next to it because the toilet in the waiting room of WIN express was dirty. It was a bus that I didn't get on, but it's fine to use it silently. This is a decent quality, so I recommend it over WIN.
The bus is about 4 hours. It will shake very much, so if you are weak, take a drink.
The next person was spitting about 20 minutes after departure. . .

On 15 September 2019 we went in for parcel delivery, the first time we went in we thought it was unreasonable fare; so we decided to hold the delivery and we got refunds. While we went in for the second time here is what the three female staffs replied to us "why did you come again ?" Please tell your staffs to treat customers politely. I was so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used win express to get from Mawlamyieng to Kin Pun (Base camp for golden rock) and from Kin Pun to Yangon.
Both times the bus was clean and on time also the driving was resonable. The crew does not speak english and is mediocte friendly. There is almost no leg room and buses are pretty old. However I had worse rides.

Booked a bus through them to Hpa An and paid the extremely inflated 8000k tourist fee. The bus was an hour late and we were given plastic stalls to sit on in the isle. I don't know if we'd have been able to travel like this if we were older, injured or disabled in any way.
