Right next to a sewer, so it stinks! Noodle portion was huge, but so so. There are definitely better options in this area.

We first were hesitant but then went inside. Good prices (Mandalay big bottle for 2.000 kyat and noodles/soup for 2.000), delicious taste, huge portions, friendly and attentive service. We even won 2 free beers (out of 7). Besides, we were the only foreigner table (2 couples) in the restaurant - refresh g after all the touristy spots in Mandalay suburbs
