★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even is a 3 stars hotel but just newly renovated 2 months ago, the room size is sizable for more than 3 persons and still comfortable to move around in the room. Location of the hotel is mid of downtown. Convenience moving around..

Drinks and food are good. Pocket friendly.
Don't expect much of happening atmosphere. Not much of a good view, but nevertheless a good spot for unwinding on a weekend.

Washer and dryer were free to use - all you needed to get was detergent which you can buy in the lobby or better yet use what other customers have left for others. Free breakfast was basic but enough. Wi-Fi in every floor. Mattress was really comfortable but pillow was flat. Room needed constant Aircon or else it smelled funny - probably because of the bathroom. I recommend choosing a bed that's not beside the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid 45000 Kyats for a Superior room. I love the colours of the room BUT the skynet wasn't working and the utilities in the bathroom wasn't as they menitoned it would be. They didn't have breakfast was well although we called and asked before we got there. They didn't have a phone inside the room too. It wasn't really worth it. It was more like a 2 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great! The staff were amongst the nicest we've encountered this far. The facilities were exactly what we wanted. We checked out and left our bags for the day and when we got back the offered for us to use the showers if we needed. They booked our busses and ensured we were well takin care of. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was a great size. The location is ok but right outside China town. The breakfast was also the great. Eggs toast coffee juice sausage and so fruit bowls. We loved it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable quiet rooms, attentive friendly staff service. Breakfast was great. Located in corner of downtown, near enough to explore on foot or get around with inexpensive taxi rides. Stay 3 nights and really enjoyed the nearby tea house, markets and street food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before check-in, I asked for early check-in and I checked in very very early. It was 6 am but they kindheartedly welcome us and give us a temporary room to wait until our room is empty (before, it was occupied) and ready. They even upgraded my room to say sorry because I waited. That is very great and their hospitality is very warm and nice.
The room is very clean, complete amenities, and spacious. There is also a sofa and a working table so it's perfect for a travel-worker like me. They also packed my breakfast because I check-out early and have no time for breakfast. It was a very great experience to stay in Yama Hotel. Definitely will come back!
