★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location, and really nice staff. The room wasn't that bad at all, pretty big and quite clean considering the other places available through Myanmar. Breakfast served in the room on time, and the taxi was waiting for us when we asked. Not easy to find, would be great if they posted a phone number somewhere. Wifi is basically zero, but if you book online it's cheap and easy. Not bad. 2.5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Wifi was fair in my room on 3rd floor. Had to go to the lobby for better connection. Free ride to airport. Good breakfast. Was given a room with bad smoke smell on my 2nd visit. Don't take a room on the 4th floor as they open into the cafe seating area. Good hot water and water pressure in shower. A few steps up into the lobby, so not good for wheelchairs. Then one further step up before reaching the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charges are ok but they are converted usd 1600 mmk each that is unfare.And inside the room there is no water heater to make tea or cofee.And other hotels they are giving iron for free once we requested to do our selves.but they charge it .
Only breakfast is very good.

They need to control the loudness in the hallways its mostly the chinese just loud blabbing all over the place security should take care of this problem, you wanna be loud go in your room..should renovate the hotel. good for a layover .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great breakfast at the rooftop. Available from 6am to 9:30am. Great service from the staff too when we wanted to check out the street food in yangon after checkin. Told us roughly how much is the fare and made sure we took their business card so we could show the driver on our trip back. Also they provide free shuttle to airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the Nearest Budget Hotel in Yangon International Airport.
At a price of 35$, it's worth an overnight stay.
The Room is just Fine, small but you get what you pay for.
Although I tried their room service food from The Cafe at the rooftop, I ordered beef burger. The Beef patty is like a Nuggets being deep fried and the Passion Shake. I just sipped twice and didn't finished my meal.
But all in all it was a nice stay, and I would like to commend the Hotel Staffs, they are accomodating and Hospitable. Truly Asian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted at reception by the manager who showed us round and made us feel very welcome. The whole feeling and location of the place really helped you feel relaxed.
Breakfast was pretty good, standard buffet of cold meats, bread, cereals, yoghurt, eggs, cheese, jam, etc, and coffee and tea were available all day long in reception. There is a nice lounge area upstairs, though only big enough for a few people.
