Bis jetz waren wir sehr vorsichtig beim Aussuchen von Restaurants und Essen aufgrund der Hygiene und Frische der Speisen. Wir teilten ihr unsere Bedenken mit und sie versicherte uns, dass die Orte hygienisch sind und sie immer die gleichen Stände besucht. Sie hat uns 8 verschiedene Spezialitäten vorgestellt. Die Speisen waren ausnahmslos alle wirklich sehr lecker! Nach dem 5 Menu waren unsere Bäuche schon ziemlich voll. Also satt wird man auf dieser Tour bestimmt! Die Tour mit Barbara war eines der Highlights unserer Myanmarreise und wir würden die Tour sofort wieder buchen!
 Today we did the street food tour through Yangon with Barbara. Until now we were very careful in choosing restaurants and food due to the hygiene and freshness of the food. We told her our concerns and she assured us that the places are hygienic and she always visits the same booths. She introduced us to 8 different specialties. The food was without exception all really delicious! After the 5 menu our bellies were already quite full. So you get full on this tour! The tour with Barbara was one of the highlights of our trip to Myanmar and we would book the tour right away!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this food tour, especially since this is my 3rd time in Myanmar and I've eaten many Burmese food before. We had such a pleasant experience with Phone on the evening tour and would highly recommend it for all of tourists who loves exploring the local's life. It was a great stroll down some really interesting streets downtown, and there's a wide variety of food on offer. We came away from the experience with new food and he introduced me not just food but local's culture as well.
Highly recommended to all of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience! We had a free night in Yangon and decided to do a food tour for dinner. Phone was our guide and he was great. Very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and we got a full experience of traditional Myanmar foods. We ate so many delicious things I thought I was going to burst...we tried some street food (the ones totally safe for American digestive systems), sat and talked (and ate some more) in a tea shop, and then had a full dinner. And then had dessert.
I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone heading to Yangon. A great way to experience food, culture, the downtown area, and meet some new people! We enjoyed one of the dishes so much we went back the next day for more! Do this tour!
