★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing for sale. Not sure if this is just a wholesale shop but the sales girl advised that nothing in the shop was available for purchase. Walked out empty handed. Best to try one of the other sales outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two bags from this store a few days ago. I wanted to exchange one of the bags for a more expensive bag and purchase a few more items. When I visited the store today, I was told that I was not able to exchange the bag even though I had a receipt and the product was unused. Now I'm very disappointed with this for a number of reasons a) I am not trying to get my money back - in fact I was trying to give you more money b) if you have a returns policy which does not allow you to exchange/return, the sale assistant should tell the customer (verbally) prior to purchase. Having it on a wall in the corner of the shop is not good enough.
If you are trying to appeal to the tourist/international market, which I assume you are from the way your website is presented, you need to have a returns policy to match. Failing this, you need to at least tell customers of your policy (in English and in Burmese) prior to purchase. The returns policy was in Burmese alone.
I was planning on spending a lot more money in your store however my experience has really put me off. I would ask you to kindly take my review into consideration.

You can find all the Myanmar-inspired fashion and gift products of Yangoods here. Unique and chic, they have the right gift for anyone, from infinite calendars to vintage bags. It's a bit pricey but worth the value.
