★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get Than Lwin river view with in A1 tea shop of Mawlamyine. If you come at evening, there have a good sunset view over the mountain of belu island mixed with stream. It is suitable for you if you like a cup of tea. Don't worry. Near this shop has one small park and BBQ. Also Apsp Hop Pot restaurant has in upstair. Wherever you join, you can see a nice stream view.
But I have a bad thing in it. Don't try to go this restaurant between 9 am and 11 am. There is so crowded with customers and some foods cannot get.
