★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pagoda itself is peaceful as it is located almost on top of the hill. But to get there, it's a bit uneasy as you'll have to go through a rugged road which is soon to be rebuilt as I saw some road building processes going on. And there are some armed security gates you have to pass through which I think is not very convenient during these days. I don't recommend going there if it's not on your way to somewhere.
Fresh air, though.
