★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (zwei Backpacker) sind im Februar 2020 mit dem Bus von Yangon zum Ngapali Beach gefahren. Abfahrt in Yangon war pünktlich um 07:00 Uhr und wir sind um 21:00 Uhr bei unserem Hotel am Ngapali Beach abgesetzt worden. Wir haben unser Ticket online gekauft und das hat super geklappt. Einfach dann vor Ort am Schalter einchecken und man bekommt seine Tickets. Unterwegs gab es einige kürzere Stops für Essen und WC. Die Strecke ist zwar lang, war aber durchaus komfortabel (Bus mit 2+1 Sitzen pro Reihe). Wir bekamen Decken, Wasser und ein Lunchpaket. Die Fahrer wechselten sich alle 3-4 Stunden ab, insgesamt waren es drei. Wir sind die Küste entlang gefahren (also nicht über Pyay). Der Teil durch die Berge ist abenteuerlich, aber der Rest der Strecke sehr angenehm. Wir würden uns wieder für den Bus entscheiden.
 We (two backpackers) took the bus from Yangon to Ngapali Beach in February 2020. Departure in Yangon was on time at 7:00 am and we were dropped off at our hotel on Ngapali Beach at 9:00 pm. We bought our ticket online and it worked really well. Simply check in at the counter and you will get your tickets. There were some shorter stops for food and toilets on the way. The route is long, but it was quite comfortable (bus with 2 + 1 seats per row). We were given blankets, water and a packed lunch. The drivers took turns every 3-4 hours, for a total of three. We drove along the coast (not via Pyay). The part through the mountains is adventurous, but the rest of the route is very pleasant. We would choose the bus again.
