★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice smiles, but not real smiles. I paid an expensive price for a rental plus agent fees through this company. Agent promised to clean and fix one broken air conditioner before moving in but didn't. Two weeks after moving in other AC units needed maintenance, the shower broke, and tiles were falling off the bathroom wall. When I reported this, agent told me that it was my responsibility. In short, agent took 7 lakh for nothing. Beware!
