★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can come and read books, use Wi-Fi.You don't need any payment or membership. But I prefer membership option because more than library this a community you show support(particularly if you are an adault). There are two option for membership .
1. Monthly payment which cost you only 3500 kyats per month. With this option you can get access to 30 movies monthly. You can buy food(which is only apply for members ) and drink. Foods any drinks also taste good.
2. Yearly payment which cost you 35000 kyats per year. In this option you can get unlimited movies. And other promotions.
There are variety of books in Myanmar and English.
