The meat is pure not diluted with flour
The soup is flavorful and no hint of MSG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had really good dry, flat noodles with a variety of chicken meat. The portion is generous and no strange not chewable parts where in the meat like in other stores. Many locals eat here or takeaway, so was quite busy. Can highly recommend this place! (Also on google as „good noodles“ but location tagged on the opposite side of the road)
