★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't get a room here, so I don't know what they're like, but my partner and I loved the pool. They let us use it for 10000 kyat each, and they had good food and drinks at the poolside bar. The water was great and they provided towels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three very comfortable days here. Nice rooms, relaxing pool, helpful and friendly staff, and a rooftop breakfast that is a good value for the money. They have e-bicycles for rent, and across the street are several other vendors where you can rent an e-scooter if you prefer not to pedal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from start till end. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly - we booked our e-bikes, taxi to Mount Popa and taxi to the jetty on our last day. Even though we left at 4:45am and breakfast has yet to start, the staff packed us a box of pastries, eggs and banana for us! Really enjoyed my stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, staff are great. Pool area a bit dated. Bathroom is small and dated but shower is still good and powerful enough to wash hair. Light in bathroom was good enough for wife to do make-up. Door to room is difficult to open getting caught on door jam. Bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast selection is huge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Great location, nice and clean feel in the public areas, solid water pressure and ample hot water, quality breakfast on a beautiful upstairs deck. If you stay more than a few days, the staff will try to learn your routine and will try to add some subtle nice touches (bringing coffee or tea, making your preferred eggs for breakfast, etc.)
Cons: We got a simple room and it was a bit lacking. A big white concrete room with limited shelf space or places to open our bags. Bathroom is very cramped and you’ll need to step over the toilet to allow the door to swing open to exit. Again, I can only speak for our simple room.
Note: Avoid staying on Tuesdays and Saturdays when they smoke the inside and outside of the hotel with a military grade fogger to kill mosquitoes. **It is absolutely horrible**. We were at the pool enjoying a beverage when we questioned what sounded like a motorcycle engine inside the hotel. Then the smoke came. We left our drinks and literally had to evacuate the hotel. Currently fogging is mid-day between 14:00 and 15:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is at the end of a dark road, but suprisingly a bit of an oasis with outdoor pool and open air lobby. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop was pretty decent and the chef was able to crank out eggs at a good pace. The room was okay, bed was a little hard and the aircon needed some time to be able to turn on. Front desk was friendly. Right across the street is a convenience store.The owner also offers laundry service, eBike rental and car shuttle service. Really friendly guy and convenient. There are also some good Indian restaurants right up the street. Wifi at the hotel was pretty bad in the room. The rooftop buffet was a little better, but still spotty. For the price, it's not a bad place to stay. Especially, if you are looking to disconnect and be somewhere that is quiet from the bustle of the main street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a few day there in January 2020, it was a lovely stay. The room is big enough, clean and we were not bothered by any noise. The breakfast was good and enjoyable on the rooftop, but what made the difference is how friendly the staff is. The swimming pool is nice and clean too. Maybe the bathroom is a bit small and a curtain or a door in the shower would be good to avoid having the bathroom completely wet each time you use the shower but beside that I would recommend 100%
