Environment: noisy, crowded, I was at lunch time so it makes sense. It's not covid friendly area.
Parking: I went to pearl condo restaurant, it has good parking area.
Recommendation: if photos shown in menu would be exact same as dishes outside, it will be better. The taste is well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything nice here. Good to find decent teppanyaki besides hotels. Nicely seasoned and not dashi sauce screwed like Sedona hotel. Garlic rice not salty enough nor fried enough with enough heat. Fun.
Note: come from Maha Bandula not Anawratha!
