Firstly, I want you guys to pick up the best express line to Chaung Thar Beach. It might effect the beach mood by choosing express line. We got a disaster with express line. We, my collages planned to go on a low budget to beach but there might be populated on super holidays. So we pick up the right Island and right hotel on our tight budget. The hotel provides free of transportation charges that means pick up us from bus stop to hotel, free jetty service going there and back from Island to Chaung Thar beach several times. They also provide Breakfast and Dinner buffet but the Breakfast is kind of odd to me. The food and snacks are so delicious and price are fair to me. The rooms are well decorated and the hotels' environment is pretty clean and neat. They assigned the electricity tow times. One at afternoon from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and the other time is from 6:00 pm to 6:0 am. The manager and the staffs are well trained and give warmest hospitality to us plus they are so kind. But the company might need an kind of intense management when there will be a lot of customers. They cannot handle properly and confused of several customer's requests. Well, this facts can fix it by several training. Finally, we reached back to our cribs with lots of memories and satisfaction. I hope this hotel will be very famous soon and will be expanding a lot in the near future. The staff (Ma Aye Myint Myat) at Yangon office is well trained and provided the best customer service to us. She helped us through a lot. I want the company to consider that case to her because of our satisfaction.
