Love this place,,, the view from room is amazing and feel like you are on private island.... very isolated from Chaungtha beach... swimming pool is beautiful and staffs are friendly....3 puppies from hotel is cute and look after the guests....my favorite hotel at Chaungtha

Must visit. The greatest get away from congested cities such as Yangon. Full of fresh air, great sunset to the Bay of Bengal, fishing near by, diving , and great volcanic rocky shore are priceless on the island. Most importantly, beautiful landscape and friendly customer service are great!

Amazing view, you can do snorkeling just in front of the hotel and can collect beautiful sea shells on the shore, you can canoeing if you want to try, hotel staffs are very friendly and ready to help, food is good and reasonable price, if you love dogs, you will meet three friendly brown color buddies at hotel, you can taste local environment resort style.

Beautiful scenes of the sea & twilight from the hotel. You can do snorkeling, canoeing & fishing just infront of your hotel. But... food & staffs services are bad. Have to wait approximately 1hr for transportation to hotel from Chaung Thar Beach. Too many mosquito bothering your sleep. Quite a trouble for old people cuz they got to take high stair to reach the hotel.

The hotel is fine if you like location.It's quiet enough the noise and relaxing.The hotel staffs service are more than okay.but the breakfasts,foods are under okay.The things they used in hotel are rusty.The swimming pool didn't change the water regularly.The shower water is very little.So,if you don't like adventure and locally stay,this place might not for you.

Very limited amenities are provided. There's only 2 clothes hanger, no safe box, 1 comb and a pair of shoes for 2 person. No soap, only body wash for general use like washing hands. Tea cups are given without spoons. You cannot boil your water in the room but you can request hot water to the reception. No in-line telephone is installed so everything you need from reception or restaurant have to go through your own telephone which is quite lame in my opinion. No shower cap nor razor is provided. Even the most very basic item cotton buds are not provided for a beach resort. You need to buy one from reception separately. Service wise, it's not excellent, not particularly bad, just ok. The beach in front of the hotel has very shallow water in the morning without any wave and the sand lacks the beach vibe. The view is the best thing about this hotel because of being built on the hill, gives me the unique experience I have never had. For swimming, you have to walk to the other side of the island where you can find a small beach. The sand there feels like beach sand and it has waves in the morning. Another thing I find lacking is the water faucet in front of the rooms. You just have to walk in to the room with your sandy feet, could make the floor dirty. No DND or Clean the room tags on the door too. I find this place lacking many basic needs but this is the place for you if you don't mind these and you don't mind not having easily accessible swimming area because you can enjoy the magnificent view of the island side from above sea level by just going out of your Seaview room.

Good Room and Good Service. But, I did not have to swim in the sea. 

Only foods are delicious. Rooms are too expensive and not clean. Customer service is also not good.
