★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very nice. Breakfast is great by Myanmar rural standards but meager if you compare it with a 3 star hotel. Air conditioning is good, but plan to get out of the room in the morning until 1pm because day power is 1pm to 4pm and night power is 6pm to 6am. Everywhere is like that, municipal policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the entire hotel to be very clean. Service was fine with a bit of language difficulties. The amenities in the hotel is great for family especially those with kids. Arriving at the hotel, the front desk was extremely nice. We got a great price for the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to the village. Easy access to public transportation and quick. Do book early for the ocean facing chalets but be prepared for the nightly noise from drinkers and happy revelers on the beach. The resort is famous among the locals and ***y rich myanmar people will go there.

Previously the hotel name was Max and after the ownership changed to Amazing Group of Hotels, they don't do any maintenance. So the rooms are in bad condition.
Please renovate your hotel and offer your guests with great experience stay!

Staffs are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is really amazing. Room also very clean.
Only one thing is, hotel compound is not light as much as it should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great spot on the beach. We caught a very beautiful view of the sunset and enjoyed a relaxing time lying on the deck chair looking at the waves as they hit the shore. The beach fronting the Resort was very nice and this somewhat co****sated for the quality of the room we stayed in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. All the staff are very helpful, polite, friendly and attentive. It was just a few steps to public transportation. The value for your money is unbelievable. The Hotel Max was a lovely place to end up our stay in Myanmar this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and friendly staffs. We are a group of 6 and quite demanding yet they never failed to fulfill our requests. Except the guy at the reception was rude.
Breakfast is good as well.
The only thing to improve is cleanliness as bedsheets were dusty, bathroom is not so clean and smelly a bit at last day before check out.
