Great being right on the beach and situated on a quieter part of the beach which made it a lot more peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly attentive staff. Great Value, upstairs room has nice sea breeze good breakfast. As typical no power during day, no WiFi but decent cell signal. At very North end of Chaungtha beach. Long shallow beach. Small Myanmar focus resort town. 6 1/2 hours by bus from Dagon Ayar Yangon bus station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a doctor from USA being use to in air conditioning. The weather here is hot in day time. There is not yet electricity at 12:56pm. I cannot use air conditioner after my lunch. No pool either to cool my body. Low grade hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an expensive ($99,000 Burmese Kyats) hotel without pool, without WiFi, without big towels in the showers area. And it is an old resort. Not a good sight for sea view either. There are other neighborhoods hotels that are new or newer and straight open to the sea view. We checked out other hotels the prices are $75,000 Ks, $85000 Ka with more convenient and modern style.
