★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommended.This chef is well experienced one from Penang and so you can explore the dishes as penang style in Live view Cooking Style. Can get variety of seafood like Fish,shark,Tiger Prawn, Crabs,Calm, Squid,Octopus. Those are sold in kilos, not by the number of dishes.
He uses about 25 spices exported from Penang for the dishes .
