AC private room bathroom toilet inside 12US.
WIFI works near reception only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to write about this but It should be. Rooms was okey to sleep. they charges 6 $ as based on daily international rates.
WIFI-NEVER WORKING, OWNER SAID SOMETIMES BUT NOT SURE.
0. Written Free wifi But I can read one webpage for 5 to 10 trials even besides no connection whole night time. And they said never mind.
1. employees watching Tv in noise till 11 pm. You can enjoy or hate like me.
2. Turn off fan switch even I am in the room
3. ceaselss noise from upstair for remodeling.
4. Rotten smell from window side bed&room coz of raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bearing in mind that this is a budged guest house I was happy to stay in Aurora. For an extra few dollars rooms with private bathroom and old fashion AC are available. No bet bugs which was a most important thing for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guest house does not make you feel welcome or cozy. People barely speak English, and the place is not very well run. Felt very dirty and unkempt, and employees entered our room two or three times by accident. I'd suggest Pann Su Wei guest house a few blocks down the street where we went after our only night here. No bed bugs in the rooms, but decently-sized spiders.
