★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful complex of thousands of stupas and temples. With no many people around the best way to visit this site is renting an electric motorbike (usually every hotel or guesthouse offer this service for few dollars per day) and find a good observatory point for sunset and sunrise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bagan stupas and temples are out of this world! We really enjoyed renting e bikes and going on random dirt paths to uncover some of the least known ones. The popular temples have a lot of people trying to sell things which got irritating. Though you can't climb the temples anymore, there are a couple that the locals can show you if you want to see a sunrise or sunset. The price to visit the archeological zone is 25000 kyat and is a 3 day pass.
