★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were polite and friendly. The hotel looked nice, what let them down is the smell due to shower water wetting the whole bathroom and the bugs. The first night we didn't sleep because our bed was so squeeky it woke us up every time we moved. Thankfully they moved us after we showed them how bad it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Bagan. Firstable the hotel is quite new and all the rooms are in pretty good shape. Our room was clean and pretty quiet, well equipped and really comfortable bed.
The hotel offers various of services which we also utilized, for example laundry service, tour services and ticket booking, in-hotel restaurant, ebike rental, etc.
Laundry is billed per item, not per kiloweight.
Ebike is 2000 kyat for 2 hours, 3000 kyat for 4 hours, 5000 kyat for 7 hours and 6000 kyat for 8 hours (8 hours is the "full day").
Friendly staff and always eager to help with any problems or concerns. However, I feel that the management has told the staff to collect every dime from the guests when possible - everything seems to be possible if you pay extra.
Also the thing that we disliked the most was the breakfast, which was not really something we expected from hotel.
Breakfast usually consists of these things: potatoes, noodles (usually cold??), soup, warm salad (Burmese style), coffee, toast with jam, water and juice. Occasionally there was also fried eggs/omelet/scrambled egg, sausage or fried vegetables.
The breakfast could be easily improved by providing youghurt, muesli, porridge, fruits, cakes, cookies, fried vegetables and eggs.

It was hard to get any sleep. Super loud at night due to the barking dogs straying around the building. Even louder starting from 5am on when people are getting up for the sunrise - the building isn’t sound proof, you’ll hear every chair being moved and door being opened/ closed.
If you don’t mind noise and if you can sleep under any condition - you’ll love it here. Clean, nice, cute, cheap, great rooftop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooftop, great breakfast nice staff and clean rooms. 20-25 minute scooter ride from old Bagan (btw the scooter rental was two times cheaper at the hotel next door). The only area of improvement would that they should provide cold water fountain instead of water bottles to reduce plastic pollution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is nice and close to the airport. Price was good as well. They have a terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset and get some drinks. However, the service at the terrace bar was incredibly slow. Waiting more than 20 minutes for drinks, for dinner, we didn't even get everything what we have ordered. We stayed 3 nights and on the second day, no one came to clean up the room and refill the basic supplies. We had to go to the reception and ask for it. And on the day we were leaving, we ordered a breakfast package the evening before, but I'm the morning, nothing was prepared. They asked if we want it, so they can prepare it for us, but we didn't have time to wait for it. I'm very disappointed from the service, they have a looot to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed this place. Breakfast is one of the better spreads around (pakoras etc) with good view over Bags. Staff really helpful. Room was high quality. Easy to get to from bus drop off. Scooters are easy to hire - takes 10-15 mins to drive to main temples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel with comfy beds and decent showers. Slightly out of town but they rent good quality e-bikes at a very fair price. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and really make your stay here. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Bagan.
