★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great day out with Htoo Htoo, a day fully packed with memorable moments of the country side of Yangon and its people. From breakfast at a local street food corner to snake tempel, local up–cycling Shop, local pottery Workshop and so on. At the end we had late lunch with Htoo Htoo´s family and then took the ferry back to Yangon. We really recommend this one–day excursion of the beaten track with Htoo Htoo, who is a great guide!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice day! Htoo Htoo is super nice and chatty, he will show you places in Dala you wouldn't have seen without his tour. His english is very good and he can tell you a lot about the yangon region and the burmese culture. After the tour he took us to his home to have lunch with his lovely family (his mom is an excellent chef)
Would totally recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a day!! The tour was amazing, a full day of site seeing and activities really made it a day to remember. Throughout, I found Htoo Htoo approachable, friendly, polite, kind and just a great positive energy to be around!! (Not to mention his local knowledge is outstanding, as well as his English). Htoo Htoo also invited us into his home where his mother made a lovely Burmese meal for us. Overall a great day - definitely worth doing whilst in Yangon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed a fabulous day tour with Htoo Htoo. He gave us an authentic experience of the local people and sights outside of Yangon. We met wonderful village children and had lunch in his house with his family. The visit to the Snake Temple was a highlight of the places we visited. We would highly recommend Htoo Htoo as a tour guide to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tour is a must-do in Yangon! We learned a lot about the culture of Myanmar. Our guide Htoo Htoo is very friendly and funny and knows what he does. He took us to Dalla, the region south of Yangon which is more rural and very beautiful.

His guided tour of Yangon's surrounds is a real look into the history and culture of Myanmar; it was exactly the type of insightful and personal series of snapshots into daily life in the Yangon suburbs. I highly recommend his tour and hope he continues to share his bright and positive personality with many travelers to come...

Htoo Htoo, the owner of Beyond Yangon Tuk Tuk Tour, took us on a ferry across the river to the beautiful village of Dala where we explored local markets, snake temples, a pagoda with over 1,000 Buddha statues, a local pottery shop, the second largest pagoda in Myanmar, and a variety of other incredible sights.
To top it all off, you experience a home cooked meal at his home, prepared by his family. Best day we had in Myanmar so far!

We met Htoo Htoo on the street in center Yangon by chance and he took us to buy the traditional skirts and gave us recommendations about the circle train. He also said that he was running a tuk tuk tour in the country side of Yangon and we decided to take it the next day. The day was full of truely authentic adventures that were carefully picked to give you an idea of what life in Myanmar really look like. You will eat the local food (he makes sure everything is clean and that only purified water is used), see local houses including his own house and lots of other super interesting places. Htoo Htoo speaks (and sings) perfect English and is a super nice and inspiring person. Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone who goes to Yangon to take this tour!
