★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid choice for a short stay. Clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Limited electricity hours (6pm - 6am), no hot water, and location 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach make it a little less desirable than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is good people, but the room is not good and no light, no Air-Coin many time when I'm visited. Room Frice is so highest, and services is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room fees (70000MMK per night) is expensive. Room lock need to repair. Regarding to the swimming pool, when I asked a staff that how frequently exchange water in the pool, she said that it is exchanged one or two monthly. Amazing!!! It can be a source of infection.
Breakfast is very bad with no choice of options.
