★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous. Just had a delicious meal here. The veggie coconut curry and grilled red snapper were outstanding. Go and try it. Also staying in the bungalows here which are cosy and nice and all the staff so helpful and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good choice of staying in Ngwe Saung. Clean and spacious Bungalows in best location. Within 3 minutes you can walk to the beach and with 10 minutes walking you reach some of the best restaurants in town.
The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your questions in English, German and Myanmar language. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is good (Mohinga!). No Wifi, as everywhere, but 24h electricity. We had some spiders in the bathroom, but hey... it's a bamboo bungalow.
We definitely would book again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish rooms, amazing staff, perfect restaurant. To the beach only 3 minutes by foot, local shops and restaurants Cca 5 minutes by foot. They are able to rent you bikes, scooters and etc. Sometimes they are switching off electrics which is not so comfortable because without ventilator is so hot inside and some women's may have a problem with only cold water. Currently there is no possibility to use cards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant accommodation with natural feeling of real life. Those who are chasing real "escape to beach" mood, this is the one you are looking for. It's reasonable rate too.
Not only that but the food are very delicious too.
I recommended BBQ Prawn, BBQ Chicken, Spicy Chicken Curry, Coconut Curry, and our Favorite BBQ Tuna! Well, you can ask the Chief for a recommended food if you can't pick one. Prices are very reasonable too.
The moment you arrived you will greet by Welcome Lime Juice! Services are outstanding.
Motorcycle & Bicycle are available to rent with full tank.
Look for an owner Aung OR his dad Uncle Soe. I bet you will amaze by their hospitality and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what Myanmar is about!! Lovely people...lovely food...and lovely company. They help other families in Myanmar, not only by employing them, but helping them in school. To be honest, the nicest place around....take your time and get to know them. Straight down the road from the beach (300m).. These guys are trying to do it....right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos was showing look like located at the beach. But it is not. They are located at very dusty, noisy and narrow road. The room are small, no aircon, not a good smell in the room. Very far from the beach side. It is very hot in the room in very warm temperature in Ngwe Saung. Not recommend to stay at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on quiet side road it is not far from the beach. We arrived late night, or early morning if you wish, and they were not ready for us even though we mentioned it in reservation. But they handled it great! They gave us some backup rooms free of charge to have a nap and once the rooms (huts) were ready in the morning, we moved. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food in general was good. You have to try pancakes :) Wooden huts are simple but clean, given the fact, it is a simple wooden hut. Only the showers lag a bit in the cleanness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were kindly checked in at night time as the buses from Yangon arrive around 03:30. However, the room had unbearable unhealthy smell, the air in general felt moldy and dusty, and we were seriously worried for our health. We've never experienced such a thing in all of south east Asia. Sure enough, we both woke up with a pounding migraine. After we've regained our bearings at around 08:00, we've told the manager our concerns and that we could not stay in the room any longer for obvious reasons. He disregarded our complaints as the result of "renovations", and demanded that we pay the cancellation fee without any consideration to the fact that we were actually leaving because of a health hazard in his room, much before check in time. It is one of the cheaper places close to the beach, but we felt the need to pay more and breath freely.
