★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my gym. Pearl condo looks wore down and wore out, so I wasn't sure about a gym inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean, modern gym that has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. Free weights, machines, classes, trainers, water, and standard cardio equipment are all available. The space is small, but even when "crowded" I haven't had problems using what I need. Staff is super helpful, and all the clients are nice as well. The price is the best I have seen in Yangon. Highly recommend this place.
