★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location has been open for 6 months and it shows. The equipment is new, the gym itself is very clean, and the A/C keeps the temperature at a very comfortable level.
A full compliment of free weights including dumbbells up to 75Lbs, 2 squat racks, and a cable crossover machine are available.
Cardio options include treadmills, stair master, and rowers. A heavy bag and gloves are also available.
They also offer premiere les milles fitness classes such as bodypump.
The gym also features a multitude of trainers who are ready and willing to help you on your fitness journey.
Overall, this gym provides an excellent location to train and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small inside even tho it looks very big outside. Toilets and showers are clean, but not in good standard like they just want to build the toilet as a duty. No sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room like other gyms that have to be paid with USD. Most of the boys members are from 18-30 year old, and girls are mixed of the age. In general, the male members are kind of out of the shape while the 30% female members are so beautiful, and another 40% are good looking. Very good discounted rate at promotions, however, still lower standard than other gyms that has same membership fee. They have a very accurate and detailed body health measurement machine that costs $10 per measuring time. Air-ventilation system is not very good tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice Gym. Skillful trainers, the locker room, hot and cold showers, and plus separate gym room for introverts or someone wanna do their workout at calm and alone. Everything is okay but sometimes they don't run the generator instantly when the electricity out. Sometimes they don't even run the generator even there is few guests are working out. That should fixed you know, we didn't pay 150$ for doing workout in hot and sweaty with no air conditioning. I wish they always have full storage of Electrolyte drinks and some juice.
They got small parking which is enough for five or seven vehicles.
My Recommendations:
The receptionist boy should be smile and spread happiness and always ready to serve with passion everytime a guest arrive.
Not to be look anxious or frustrated.
