★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet place. Cover with green trees and plants. Hotel staff are friendly. Room are clean. Provide airport pickup and dropoff service. Wifi connection is weak. Mosquitos are flying around.

-Mosquitoes are everywhere, not only in lobby area, even in room. even in Breakfast Buffet. You can eat mosquito or fly or ant food.
-Wifi is too bad.
I stayed there for 4 days.
I used internet from my ph data for those days. Even lobby area, i cannot use wifi.
-Customer service from some staff is really nice but the one I think he is manager or some level, his service is zero rating.
-There isn't any rack for wet clothes in bathroom after you finished swimming.
There is small flood in Bathroom floor after shower. If you enjoy, you can swim there again.
-You can get only a big Towel for your body.
Not for your wet hair and face.

Some staff ' service is enjoyable. So I put small amount of Tip Money in Tip Box.
We will never stay at that Hotel when we visit to Ngapali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! So loud feels like next to a busy highway!
The rooms are really horrible they remind me of a cheap hotel room. It is right next to the village. Due to that the noise level is just about the same as standing next to a busy highway....so relaxing on the beach out of the question. They keep the motors of their boats running all the time. It is not a relaxing I can tell you. Wesed several nice hotels. Book somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first got the standard room and we didn't like it at all. The room was old, almost no furniture, full of mosquitos and the door wasn't sound-proof so we could hear people coming and going and shouting in the corridor. In the lobby, but basically everywhere in the hotel, there is a bad smell of fish, because the fisherman's village is not 3min's walk away, but it's next door. We upgraded to the bungalow, which was better but still full of mosquitos. The beach is close to the river on the right side, and you can easily note the amount of garbage that is sitting in the corner. We found also a lot of plastic on the beach, and if you go for a walk to the village on the left you'll understand why. Definitely not happy about the location, they should do something, if not for the smell at least for the rubbish on the beach or in the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a basic hotel, not much higher than a normal guest house.
Location is not bad but the facilities and services are poor.
Not appropriate for group tour. Very limited serviced restaurant.
Even a pot of ice unavailable after 10PM. If a buffet dinner is arranged for a group of tour, restaurant is closed for other guests.
Mosquitoes everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is quite good but too far to go around and visit some places like Paung Won Bridge, village, Pagoda. However if you want to relax in private place without noises, it's quite good and Pearl Island, lighthouse and White sand island are near.
Mosquitos are everywhere and the cockroach came out of somwhere in the room while we're having lunch.
Foods are too expensive and not worthy to be paid.
They said wifi available, but I can only use it for 4 hours in our 3 days visit. It's such an annoying.
