The place with beautiful location. The hotel with both garden view and sea view. We can’t afford sea view so we stayed in garden deluxe room. The service is good. The beach is so beautiful.

Very clean quiet and well looked after resort at an international level , you won’t be disappointed with the location and facilities . With close proximity to local restaurants it gives you variety away from “resort priced” food .

My room was outstanding in every respect, including spaciousness, cleanliness, amenities. I ate all my breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. Very good restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think this must be the best place to stay in Ngapali!

Stayed there in January 2020 for a couple of days. Not a bad stay at all, this hotel got the potential to be a 5 star hotel in the future but I instead they seems not to exploit the full potential of the property and might become a 3 stars. Overall it was good, it has a beautiful view on the beach, the rooms are big (even the cheapest one) and it is well located. However the bathroom smells bad, I can understand it is hard to avoid any smells in a tropical climate but maybe the cleaner should pour some soap in the sewer, especially the one next to the toilet as most of foreign customers don't use the bum gun, therefore this sewer is never humidified and smells. However I have noticed that keeping the fan on make it worst, after a few days we desided to turn off the fan and it was better. rooms are big, didn't have too many problems with the noise although last night we had a Chinese family next door and it was very noisy. This is a bit of the problem in Myanmar at the moment, groups of Chinese tourist which can be extremely noisy. Can't blame the hotel for that though. the breakfast is ok ish, not the best I had but not the worst neither. The terrace is very enjoyable. As for the staff, compared to other hotels in Myanmar, I found them a bit cold and not very trained. Not saying that we had any problems at all but it was a bit unprofessional sometimes like the staff party they made in a buidling nearby. We were fine with that as it stopped at 9pm but it felt a bit akward. However I think 3 stars would be a bit hard, so I give 4, we had a good stay in general.

Cannot see the beach from the sea view villa. Breakfast was great since I'm Asian (lots of oriental food to choose from) and breakfast did not disappoint me for two days in a row! The bathroom decoration was excellent! But smelly bedsheets and pillows. They should do better. The pizza (seafood pizza) was delicious and (was) made very well at their Sunset Bar (located inside the hotel). However, their cappuccino was really "sunset". =/ It was just bad, cheap and expensive. Cheap means cheap taste. Not worth paying $4 for it. And it's not even cappuccino if you know what I mean.

I took sea view villa bungalow. Fresh air, peaceful view, beautiful beach, a lot of shadow and I feel peaceful when I thinking it now. Room is good, but at night the yellow lamps were so small to bright for the room, so requested extra stand lamps and it was still not enough because I don't like dark. U can order food at hotel, are delicious and fresh. Pool is also good but need to reduce hot water a little inside the pool. House keeping perfect. The employee are polite and respectful. If you choose the hotel, you will not forget to pay tips.
