Clean guesthouse, lovely hosts, good breakfast, authentic Myanmar treats, though small bedrooms on the whole very good price-quality.

Jisu and Shanta will put their heart to make your stay as good as it gets, feels like home, real guest at their house(guesthouse...). good option instead of dormitory hostel.

Fantastic guesthouse. This place has the best breakfast in all of Myanmar we discovered after our month long trip. Everyday you get something new and traditional to try. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable with a/c. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet roll and are very clean and spacious. Bikes are available for rent and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a bigger beach which takes around 20 mins to get to via foot or you can hop in a local taxiwhich will take about 5mins. Best of all is the husband and wife that run the guesthouse, they are wonderful people and will go out of there way to help you. It's the best bugdet place you will find!!!!

The atmosphere: Hands down one the best guesthouses in all of Myanmar! The owners, Sanda (Superwoman) and her husband (the General) are the kindest and friendliest people you’ll meet in Ngapali. They went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay, acting more like family than owners. I actually injured my toe on the beach while in Ngapali, and Sanda and her husband went out of their way to help me: to bandage it, take me to the clinic, as well as frequently checking up on me. When leaving, the General even waited with us at the bus stop until our bus to Yangon arrived. The amenities: The rooms were reasonably priced (cheaper than anywhere else we checked) — very nice and comfortable too. The bathrooms were huge and extremely clean. Our stay came with free breakfast, which was large, tasty, well-balanced and different every single day. Services: They’ll help you arrange everything from bus tickets to boats trips to e-bike rentals (all price competitive). They also have bicycles, which are great for tootling around the area. They also do a nice laundry. And the WiFi was good too. Location: It’s in the perfect spot. This particular area is optimal to stay in (for restaurants and general atmosphere). The beach by the guesthouse is one of the better, more secluded ones in Negapali, with tons of great restaurants up and down the beachfront. Absolutely recommend!!

The small family that owns/operates this guest house is very sweet and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. The location is quiet, but still close to mini marts and restaurants. The breakfast varies everyday but is always good, and served with plenty of food. You can rent bikes for K4000 for the whole day. The downsides are that the hot water is non-existent, wifi is spotty, and all the rooms are along one main hallway so it can be loud at night or in the mornings when other guests with no volume control are staying there as well.
