★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sep'17. Single room w/aircon private bath : 15$, Good balcony on 2nd floor, nice staff, friendly. Spacious room. Town center, 5 minutes ride to bars street, 10 to temples, 15 to old bagan. Not a bad place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems ok price wise compared to prices Bagan - it is so overpriced you wouldn't believe it. 28 $ for a standard room here! Book at Agoda for a cheaper price. This is a ok budget option. The bathroom was DISGUSTING though, and the bed sheets was not big enough for the bed which was annoying. The wifi was so bad and slow you wanted to throw your phone into the wall. The breakfast was the same every day - fried egg, bread, watermelon, banana, butter and jam.

Fridge. TV.
Shower looked new and was powerful and really hot. Best shower whole trip.
We moved to Jasmine villas which was more basic but 13,000 / 10USD double shared bathroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for backpackers. Location is good, staff is friendly and owners are helpful. dormitory is really big with bathrooms cleaned every day. wifi is not very good but sweets and burmese cigars are offered in the lobby. breakfast is good. Ebike rental next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosts are lovely, very helpful. Good breakfast with eggs, toasts and fruits. Great location, very practical for sunrise that you can rent evoke with the hotel. Cheap for what you get! Great air con, clean bathroom. Thank you!!

No breakfast provided as mentioned before.
I stayed for 3 days but room service is only one times. Bed sheet and pillow covers are not good, dirty ,easily torn. Also bathroom
Staffs are not welcome. Only owner is friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel with comfortable, but basic rooms. The owner made a big effort to accommodate our needs as we had to get up very early the next day for our ferry to Mandalay.
Reasonably priced for Bagan and overall a pleasant stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is clean and good. Prices are fair. But environment is a little crowded. Rooms are quite big. Choices for rooms are available. Air-conditioning is good. Television is not good enough. Checkout have to be before noon. If not so, have to pay for one more day.
