★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, close to Old Bagan and New Bagan. Room was clean, bathroom a bit grotty. Staff very helpful and happy to book mopeds, Mt Poppa tour and ferry cruise for us. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and features a nice mix of western and local styles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this motel for one night and i really like it and leads me to write a review here :)
It seems to me it's a family running business, the hotel is very basic but have everything i need, clean room, reasonable price, breakfast at the rooftop.
it's not a 5-star hotel, but i got everything covered from them :)
they arranged a bike for me with cheap price, they helped me to reserve bus ticket back to Yangon, they allow me to take a shower even after i check out.
(keep in mind that the water is not hot , but its hot there, for me it's ok. and quite a lot of mosquito, but i also guess they are everywhere is that climate)
thank you all the staff helped me there :) <3 i would love to come back if i will return to Bagan!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (room 303). The place was comfortable and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo provided.
However, the shower was lacking pressure.
The staff was nice although not all of the personnel at reception speak English beyond some key words of the hospitality business, but they are usualy quick to redirect your request to whoever can understand you.
They let me book a room for an afternoon to take a nap even though their schedule was tight.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel well located in Nyaung U. Very friendly staff, clean room. The breakfast was good and it was really nice to enjoy it on the rooftop! The hotel has a great location to visit Bagan and is quite close from the peer when coming by boat from Mandalay (may depend on the boat company)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and staff are really helpful in arranging buses or e bikes. The breakfast is the best! A lot of fresh fruits which are delicious and the standard noodle fried rice...
They have water refill system available so bring your water bottle and avoid plastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice motel with very friendly and helpful staffs. The rooms are nice and clean, although you do get what you paid for. Breakfast buffet is awesome, but does not represent a traditional Myanmar meal. On a clear night, due to Bagan's sparse buildings, you can stargaze on the top floor.
You can rent electric bikes and airport shuttles from the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staffs here. They are very really nice, friendly and willing help us when we need, bring our luggage, book tickets and car, always smile. This location is good, near the local market so we can go by walk to there to enjoy breakfast and milk tea, it is not far the temple so we can rent e bike from them. Had good time when stayed there. I will come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a 5 nights. Really enjoyed it.
Rooms are perfectly clean, beds really large and bathroom good.
The staff is perfectly nice and helpful, they provide everything you need.
The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is the cherry on the top. We really loved it when coming back from the sunrise spots in the temples area. Also, the buffet is really huge, staff lovely. Maybe a little bit too much oil in everything even veggies.
Definitely would come again.
