★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw some upgrading and reno works, however can improved for the ambient smell better at cafe lounge. Its Excel Crystal Jade restaurant's food price are quite variety and reasonable however can also improve the service.Service now is better than when they started within half a yr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was going for a friend wedding. Banquet service is optional but not super. The interior looks a bit old and aged not serviced properly. The worst thing is the lift. Only one lift is functional though there are two lifts. And that lift's service report is out of date and not being serviced for more than a year. Had to wait quite a time to get access to the lift in a big queue and the lift can carry maximum of 8 persons including the lift operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a holiday trip i was there from 4th to 7th this month. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. The staff at the hotel were among the most attentive I've ever experienced. The location of the hotel is so perfect. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for the weekend it was a great find. With just a 10 minute walk, you can get to so ***y interesting places. I love the layout of the room. The services absolutely are the best in the region. We had a very happy time at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for swimming pool only.
First I have to paid and get receipt.
Take it to the guard at swimming pool side.
Keep in mind that swimming pool and the hotel is under separated buildings. Have to walk one to two minutes for the swimming pool. But the pool is quite wide and 5feet depth. I like to swim in that wide range pool but the lightings need to fix as only 40 percent less than ten lights were work while there is more than 20 lights.
The toilet and the shower is uncomfortable for me. Only two showers and one toilet, which are available for unisexual. That's no divided male or female room. Also the lockers are quite weird. But the guards are nice and friendly.
Perspective from my experience:
Weak maintenance on water. Sometimes there is some dust, hair and smell.
Sometimes noisy.
Recommend regular pool cleaning at least once a week to keep it cleaned and uncontaminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are exploring haunted places like hotels or something else. You should try to stay there. There were a lot of dead in hotels and some visitors had haunted experiences. One of the most famous haunted hotels in Yangon and nobody talks about it that much. I was lived in Yangon since I was born but I've never been there. I want to try with my friends.
