★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here late afternoon following sightseeing, the clean and new interior drew me inside. Very clean space, A/C works well. Good menu selections. I chose a tom yum soup and chicken with fried noodles. Very reasonable cost, my late lunch was about Kyat 8.500. Restaurant was empty, I believe, do to the odd hour. This restaurant is immediately adjacent to the hotel by the same name.

First room had mosquitoes and the AC was spewing out ice!...they promptly changed the room...new room had cobwebs near roof..water from sink was draining very slowly...else staff is very helpful and polite...one lady gave me a map and drew out an itinerary for my 1 day trip...they promptly order cabs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is ok. Not far from tourist attraction such as Kandawgyi Lake or Shwedagon. However, there is no 24/7 mini mart nearby so if you need food at night, it's impossible to find.
Room is average. A bit small and doesn't feel clean. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Sink was blocked and it took 2 complaints to get it fixed. TV reception is horrible. Not fixed after 2 complaints. Aircon has not been serviced in a long time. Spewing out ice occasionally. Not fixed after 2 complaints. Breakfast is between a choice of fried rice or American breakfast. Same menu forever. On Friday, it is buffet style breakfast with limited options.
Staffs are great. Friendly and speak good English.
Stayed here because of my budget. Would hesitate staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to Yangon for my visa and I had stay this hotel .. very nice room and service every days they do room clean and changed bedsheets really nice and good small ... you can get breakfast and room service order also nice area can look Shwedagon pagoda and can go nice shopping and many restaurants anyway I could stay here 10 days enjoy and safe hotel ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have pointed out, this place meets the needs of providing a decent room at a decent price. Mon-Fri the breakfast is fried rice and an egg, or toast and an egg. Coffee or tea offered. Weekends is the same only self serve and buffet portions. Staff is very friendly, and will accommodate any way they can. We stayed just over a week and were able to negotiate for a great deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While less than prefect, it makes up for great value. The facilities are reasonably maintained. Cleanliness is good, considering that it's hard to upkeep due to the surrounding pollution. Staff responds to at least basic English commands. If you're looking for affordable place to stay with lots of compromise, this place will exceed your expectation.
