Beauty Land Hotel (Bo Cho Street)

Great staff. Fabulous roof terrace looking at Pagoda. Tasty Myanmar breakfast and good dinner from 6pm to 9pm daily. Beer is nice and cold. Excellant family run hotel in great location.

Beautiful view of Shwedagon pagoda in the morning from roof floor where the breakfast is served. Hotel is situated in area with many trees and only couple of high buildings in the background. So you can hear lots of birds in the morning. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Great location for the main attraction( see photo), the view from my bed says it all. Basic hotel, clean, breakfast nothing to rave about, the con is its a cab ride to the CBD ( $4) the plus is 10 min walk to the pagoda and the roof view ( see photos)

This is a small hotel close to downtown. Nice view on rooftop. But the owner lady is so talkative. Nice staffs. No grocery store nor restaurant nearby. You will need to hire a cab

Good size rooms which not too expensive. Pleasent and helpful staff. Enjoyed the evening meal in the roof top restaurant. Chinese style cuisine. The views to the Shwedagon Pagoda from the roff terrace are amazing. The botanical gardens and zoo are close by and downtown Yangon only a short ? ride away. A great base to operate from.

Fxcking Rude Manager. Not a customer oriented hotel. The manager intend to show his authority to the customers

Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Staff speaks good English. - Rooms and garden are cleaned good. - Location is perfect. - Awesome view. Cons: - Bathroom isn't cleaned well. There's a lot of mold on the ceiling.

So I follow good feedback from Google maps, looked like all the peoples are blind or poison by this hotel staff. I went to this hotel and it was awful in every way. The receptionist acted like he was the king of the world or something. Looking at my partner without any respect whatsoever. He took a bottle of water and ask me to carry it. That's fine I can do that. While I was booking early this morning asking the room with a bathtub but they give me darkest room they can find and leave us without bathtub. I can stay without a bathtub but I was already pay for it so. And the room stank, imagine being locked up with a bad air conditioning. Good luck future customer, because that's not all. So I ask for another room, they gave me a room I ask for, just like the previous room, this room stank too. I was angry, so I ask for air fresher and they ignore it. Maybe you are foreigner, maybe they treat you nicely. I suggest you avoid this hotel at all cost. The water is bad. The room is bad, toilet are the most disgusting thing you can find in this hotel, and most importantly, the staff. I mean come on, bad room service I can deal with that but bad hotel staff come on. Avoid this forsaking place. If you want a hotel with a nice Shwedagon Pagoda view, just avoid this.
