★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a central location for downtown and the market. Leave the hotel turn left then left on the main road and about 10 minutes up on your right (past the cinema) is a shopping centre with a good supermarket downstairs that sells everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Experience for our family. Cozy room, Helpful Receptionist, Beautiful Breakfast, Kids friendly staffs. My kids loved 2 Min walk to Mingalar Sanpya Cineplex and 5 Min walk to China Town for dinner. Shopping Center and Convenient Store just 4 Min walk. 5 Stars for the services with a reasonable price. Worth it. Keep it up. CHEER!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family Treasure Inn This new guest house just opened for a few months and situated in downtown 13th street. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff where excellent in every way possible and where always smiling. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on our return from Nyaung Shwe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked online and went by the comments as to how good it would be. All the staff at Family Treasure were friendly and as helpful as possible. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean. BBQ street, Railway station, Aung San Market and Sule Paya by 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by trishaw. Their prices were really fair.

Staff in family treasure hotel are nice, helpful and friendly they will treat u like their family. Room are clean facilities are nice. I highly recommend family treasure hotel in Yangon.i lol he my stay here. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Place with Quality Accommodation. Not a Five Star Property But one with Minimal requirements can stay in a hygienic place & good Beds with a Clean Bathroom. Within Downtown market is an added advantage. One relish the local delicacies or Find out time to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are pretty basic. We were served by a pleasant waiter. The staff/owner is very generous to offer free luggage storage and bath. The bathroom was a great size. Street is not too noisy so sleep is not disturbed. Hotel is very expensive for what you expect. Breakfast was great and enjoyable.
