★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice for under twenty dollars a night, with breakfast included. If you’re gonna eat breakfast here though, get it early. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. WiFi is so-so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very nice and in a really good location (near China town, and rest of downtown). The best experience was the staff and especially hotel manager - she gave us a map of the city and recommended all kinds of cool places to go and she was super sweet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in Yangon. We previously had a different hotel at the same price which was terrible. Great staff, great rooms and great breakfast. Only negative point is the 8 floors without elevator and heavy luggage. Bit then again the staff was really helpful in carrying them up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here twice, really great busy spot near markets and shops. Great cafe down the road called the 'Golden Prawn' (ရွှေ ပုစွန် said Shwe BuZun in Myanmar)... Awesome cheese danish! The staff here are beautiful, so very friendly & breakfast is simple but delicious! Love the omelettes, especially with the added chilli! Rooms are clean and comfy, no elevator but only six floors doesn't make it too much a drama & staff carried our bags for us. We would highly recommend this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was very small, but that was ok. Not ok, that it had no window. Like other already posted, you could not see that in the hotel description. The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the room: the ground wasn't wiped, the bathroom was awfull. There were lots of hairs, the sink was clogged with it. And finally we had roaches in our room. The price is cheap an if they would try a little harder, this could be a nice place. But even for that price you can expect a certain standard of cleanliness. So the stuff had to come up three times to correct the situation an even then we didn't feel well. So we had to leave one day earlier than planned. The manager refused a refund, even a partly refund.
