★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say this butI hated this place. The girls of the staff were super nice, and the location is good, but the food is horrible (never thought that french fries could be that bad) and ridiculously overrated, crazy expensive in comparison to alla the rest of the food I've had in Myanmar. Sorry but a huge disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish and chips were supermarket frozen section quality and took ages. Chocolate milkshake was chocolate milk with an ice cube. It wasn't cheap. The brownie was okay. It was nice to have a western style meal as we've been on the road a long time. But unless you're desperate then don't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit more expensive than other places as they targets western foreigners. But after all it is still affordable for drinks. We tried fresh fruit juice they were very good. But the espresso was one of the nicest I had since a long time during my travel. Staff is very warmful. We enjoyed to stay there while waiting our bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good coffee (1000 kyat, probably best I've had in Myanmar so far) and yummy bun (300 kyat) with pudding. I heard they also have great breakfast - not on the menu tho so don't be shy to ask.

The beef and cheese burger was ridiculous (see picture), the beef was literally half the size of the bread and everything was cold.
The avocado juice was awful : just milk with a tiny bit a sugar and avo
(I told them and they did not charge us for those though, which is nice)
My fiancé took spring roll and lime juice that were good
We came back the next morning because she saw the good post about the coffee. It was indeed good with a good bun and good pineapple juice. We saw people order things that looked good too
So overall this place seems ok. Maybe I just ordered the 2 worst things they make. I hope this comment will help them improve
Still I cannot give more than 3 stars considering the really bad dinner I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many good coffee shop in Hpa-An and this one found to be nice place for coffee. I ordered Capuchino but only a regular coffee was offered but nice! There some other snacks avaliable!
