Not only here,you can change in Yangon and somewhere.This shop is amazing with reasonable price. There are two shops in Hpa-an, One is here near Clock Tower and another one is on Bogyoke Main Road.Some other accessories are available here.The staff is very sweet and helpful.Whenever you need charger,powerbank and bluetooth,remember this shop Thit San Thu or Remax Brandshop.
