Scheduled for 4 PM (20 hours after giving the loads and paying the fee), we came at 5.30 PM to be 100% sure the laundry will be ready - it wasn’t; on the top, staff was laughing about us being nervous (no wonder, we had a bus to Bagan at 6). Moreover, and this is the best part, half of the stuff appeared to be just soaked in the water and dried - no cleaning or washing (picture attached). Several socks missing (smallest problem in the end).
