★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good on all fronts: value for money, proximity to bus stations, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet was a bit lean but then again that's not v high on my priority list.
After we checked out and spent the day out, we came back to pick up our bags and the receptionist let us use a room to have a shower before our 12 hours back to Yangon. That warrants the 5 stars for me :)
