★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for all you need. The staff was accommodating when we arrived early from our night bus and allowed us to check in without an additional cost. The ***agement were very helpful with a last minute early check in and late check out the next day. I would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were given a free room upgrade to the best room in the hotel when we stayed here for 2 nights in January. The electricity in the whole town went off a few times for short periods but that's not the fault of the hotel obviously. It's in a great location for accessing the town and river and I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet with pretty view of the hills. Staff very nice as all Myanmar, but front of house ***agers could be a little nicer and more involved. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was not too busy when i was there, so i got absolutely excellent service. Everyone extremely nice and helpfull.
Got to check in at 5.30am as my bus was early, and a 7pm check out was 10$ extra. Worth it to not have any luggage hassle, and getting a shower before the next bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We said we did not want this and then were offered the standard room the we initially wanted. The staff provide excellent service and help with bus bookings and arranging activities. Location is not bad, walking distance to the pier. The compassion they showed me will forever be appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, super clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is a good mix of western or local food. Location is great fit getting anywhere in town and far enough from the main road to still be quiet. Staff will help organize as much as possible upon request. WiFi works well, but sometimes the entire town gets disconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 3 stars hotel very good. Big rooms, safe in the room, street in front not too loud. Breakfast simple but good. A little strange that if you come late the food is cold. The WiFi is working only in the lobby, and in the room only if you stay near the entrance door. The explanation of the hotel, that they WiFi is good but the government does not give them enough capacity does not really make sense, since in the lobby the WiFi works.
